Carwyn Jones, Head of Pharmaceutical

Carwyn worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 15 years and held senior roles at Eli Lilly, GSK and Sudler & Hennessey. His experience covers sales, brand management, global strategy and strategic planning. Carwyn works with clients to ensure that communications solutions from Doctors.net.uk deliver maximum returns and achieve brand and corporate objectives.

 

 

Paul Concannon Paul Concannon, Operations Director

Paul worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 22 years in various roles including sales, management and marketing. Paul has worked for Doctors.net.uk for over 5 years and has a wealth of experience in delivering effective online marketing campaigns for his many pharmaceutical clients.

 

 

Marie Pickford Marie Pickford, Client Services Director

Marie has 13 years of experience in healthcare, including 4 years in the NHS as a Poisons Information Specialist before moving over to the private sector. Marie previously worked for TVF, Elsevier and most recently CMPMedica developing their UK project portfolio and working with all the major pharmaceutical companies. Marie's role is to ensure exemplary delivery of all our pharma-sponsored communications, as well as to support the business development team and provide strategic counsel to our clients.

 

 

Chris WadeChris Wade, Business Development Director

With thirteen years of life sciences experience around CRM, Business Intelligence and Sales Effectiveness, Chris brings a deep understanding of how technology can be harnessed to enhance or even create superior outcomes for clients' brands.

 

 

Mark MasnyjMark Masnyj, Business Development Director

Mark worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years in various sales, training and management roles. He also has over 3 years experience in business development working closely with pharma sales, marketing and business intelligence teams to help them with their strategic business needs. This combined healthcare experience enables him to help clients with tailored digital solutions to meet their specific company and brand objectives.

Jo Bell, Business Development Director

Jo has recently joined the team bringing a wealth of experience from over 10 years spent within the Pharmaceutical and Devices sector. Over the last 3 years she has worked in the digital environment supporting pharmaceutical brand teams with strategic input and delivery of online initiatives. Jo has a passion for the eChannel and believes in developing bespoke multichannel  campaigns that deliver brand objectives. She brings a strong track record in primary and specialist care segments of business development to Doctors.net.uk.

 

 

Ben Mansfield Ben Mansfield, Business Development Manager

Ben has over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including time on both the client and agency side. Ben worked for Schwarz Pharma and Janssen-Cilag and promoted brands across a wide range of disease areas. Most recently Ben has spent 6 years at MGP delivering promotional and educational campaigns through multi-channel programmes. Ben was responsible for digital strategy at MGP and brings experience of delivering digital campaigns to a wide range of healthcare professionals

Lizzie Evans, Business Development Manager

Lizzie has a strong background in marketing, having held roles within product management and communications functions, in the financial, private banking and pharmaceutical sectors.  Most recently, Lizzie was a Business Development Manager for an online communications company, where she was responsible for developing and delivering bespoke educational and promotional solutions to a wide network of HCPs, for a variety of different companies.

 

 

Katy McPhersonKaty Harford, Senior Account Manager

A graduate in Management Sciences from the University of Southampton, Katy has five years account management experience and joined Doctors.net.uk in September 2006 after working for two multinational freight forwarders in the Oil & Gas industry. As senior account manager Katy works with key clients, ensuring programmes are delivered to meet objectives and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

 

 

Bettina KollerBettina Koller, Account Manager

Bettina is a multilingual graduate with international work experience and has worked as an account manager for one of the world's leading investment banks before joining the Doctors.net.uk team in 2009. She has an enthusiastic approach to new challenges and ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaigns.

 

 

Ashley MillerAsh Miller, Account Manager

Ash comes from a pharmaceutical / healthcare market research background with experience of international quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, as well as a broad range of therapy areas and products. He has a good understanding of who doctors are and how to communicate with them. His focus is now on delivering high quality campaigns that meet client needs.

 

 

Jon NyePhil Oldroyd, Project Manager

Phil has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since graduating from the University of York with a degree in Chemistry. Previously he worked in scientific contract research, working with the major pharmaceutical companies before becoming a Project Manager. Phil also looks after the PR and advertising within the pharma group.
