Simon has worked in marketing communications for nearly 20 years and has wide experience of developing communications strategies that increase engagement and drive response. These have ranged from major branding projects through to developing a brand communications model for a global product launch. Simon has also developed effective digital communications strategies for public sector education clients.
Michael Brandreth – Business Development Director, Healthcare Communications
Michael began his career with the Financial Times Group, where he worked as a market and media analyst. He then spent over 10 years running high profile accounts within a number of leading digital marketing agencies, delivering several award-winning communication campaigns.
Michael joined the Healthcare Communications team at Doctors.net.uk in December 2008, where he has utilised his knowledge of digital acquisition and retention techniques and a deep understanding of the online channel as a whole.
Daisy Steel – Senior Account Manager, Healthcare Communications
Daisy started out her career reading Languages for Business at Oxford Brookes University in 2002. Upon graduating from Oxford Brookes with a Bachelors of Art degree in 2005, she then went on to work for Oxfam GB. Daisy worked in the Marketing Division as a Purchasing Officer, and was responsible for managing external service providers in the implementation of major marketing projects.
In January 2008, Daisy joined Doctors.net.uk as an Account Manager, managing clients such as the NHS Institute, Department of Health, Department for Work and Pensions, Nuffield Health and the Health Protection Agency. Her projects to date have included the management of targeted communication programmes, online learning campaigns, and market research projects.
Sarah Brooks- Account Manager, Healthcare Communications
A graduate of Leeds University in Sociology and Social Policy, Sarah joined Doctors.net.uk in April 2009 as an Account Manager for the Healthcare Communications Team. Previously, Sarah worked for Digital Public, a digital consultancy that specialises in helping public sector organisations and Government bodies design and launch new services.
In her role at Doctors.net.uk Sarah now manages clients such as Apple, Virgin, Patient Safety First, The National Technology Adoption Centre (NTAC), NHS Choices and Philips.
